Our riders travel because they are looking for access to highly educated dressage schoolmasters that are difficult to find in their home countries. Grand Prix Pathways connects them with carefully selected training partners who can offer exactly that. Because we believe talent and ambition shouldn't be limited by horse ownership.
Experienced Dressage Riders
Our riders come to develop within the sport of dressage — not simply to enjoy a few days on horseback. They have solid dressage experience and are typically former or active competition riders.
Marketing and Bookings
We take care of marketing, rider screening and bookings. You can focus on delivering exceptional training.
Our goal is to build lasting relationships with a small number of carefully selected training partners. We aim to send riders over time—not just once.

This is not a traditional riding holiday for mixed levels. It is a professional training concept for experienced dressage riders with high standards regarding horse education, trainer quality, and individual development. Because we believe dedicated dressage riders deserve access to exceptional horses, trainers and training environments.

How the Partnership Works
We send experienced dressage riders (Medium level and above) looking to develop within the sport of dressage.
You do what you do best: provide exceptional horses and dressage training.
There is no requirement to provide accommodation and meals.
Our ambition is to build a long-term partnership and send riders over time.
About the Founder
Tina has a lifelong passion for dressage and has competed in Norway and Denmark for many years. Her professional career is in product and business development, where she has held executive leadership roles in international tech companies. She is now combining her dressage expertise with her extensive business experience to build Grand Prix Pathways.
Current Stage
Grand Prix Pathways is in the pre-launch phase. We are actively visiting potential stables in Portugal before welcoming our first riders.
